We have a few members who are on Dairy Free diets - as such I think it's important we find some tasty delights out there for them as well :)
So without further ado, my googling efforts for this evening - trying to keep everything really sweet with Easter coming up and sometimes finding Lactose Free Chocolates can be challenging (not to mention expensive - you would think omitting ingredients would make things cheaper).
I've also tried to keep the ingredients as close to what would be found in most kitchens.
Sweet William chocolate is Lactose Free - it is available in block form (milk and white) in the health food section of your local supermarket -though beware, the white chocolate when melted does have more of a 'beige' consistency than white.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Choc Chip Cookies
Dairy Free Chocolate Truffles
