Our little group of three (with a flying visit from one to come back later and do a pick up) - much talking, much laughing, much fun had :)
So I will just say it with pictures....Everyone took home...
GF Donuts - 10
Strawberry Jam Cupcakes - 9
Chocolate Cupcakes - 6
Pear and White Chocolate Cupcakes - 12
LCM - 2 Large Yoghurt Containers full to bursting
I *might* have used them as taste testers for some chocolate bark I was doing for a baby shower tommorrow :)
edited 8.3.11 - I have had a request for the LCM recipe...so from www.craftycowcreations.blogspot.com here it is...
1 large bag of marshmallows
5 cups approx of ricies
1/2 cup of choc chips
1/2 cup of dried fruit-i used sultanas this time but my kids are quite partial to apricots
1 tablespoon of marg/butter
1. get a large saucepan-the bigger the better.
2. melt butter/marg on a low heat
3. add all the marshmellows and slowly stir while they melt so they don't stick to the bottom.
4. put ricies in a big bowl
5. pour marshmellow mix all over ricies. stir and stir and stir
6. add dried fruit. stir and stir and stir
7. add choc chips and stir a little bit
8. put baking paper in a flat cake tin/lasagne dish/ cookie tray.
pour mixture onto tray and proceed to squash flat. i like to put some paper on the top some it all doesn't stick to my hands :>
9. put it in fridge for an hour to set before cutting it into nice small squares
you can also sprinkle hundreds and thousands over the top for some oober sugary sugarness
